Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 36 – Nightmare in the Moonlight

When a psychiatrist from Dexter Asylum asks for help in a strange case of automatic writing, who are our intrepid investigators to turn him down. They go searching for the man having a nightmare in the moonlight.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 36th session of the game took place on November 13, 2016, with the scenario original scenario “Nightmare in the Moonlight” based on “The Thing in the Moonlight” by J. Chapman Miske. My players were Katelyn, Collin, Ashton, Hannah, James, and Ben.
