Big Motherfucking Crab Truckers – Goat To Go

Big Motherfucking Crab Rules for Big Motherfucking Crab Truckers

Some games provide ways for players and game masters to engage in rich, collaborative storytelling.

Some games allow the exploration of strange worlds, ideas and possibilities.

Some games allow you to play out a motherfucking crabsploitation movie.

This is that third type of game. Originally recorded in May, maintained in the internet ether due to a combination of changing personal circumstances and laziness, here is the complete and unabridged FifthEye Productions Cinqo De Mayo Oneshot – “Goat To Go.”

Thank you, tip your waitresses, and goodnight.

Call of Cthulhu – Leaflet Mission II

It was around 18:00 hours on Sunday, February 25, 1945, when the crew of the Big Money, a Boeing B-17 bomber with the 492nd Bomb Group, 406th Bomb Squadron Night Leaflet Squadron of the 8th Army Air Force, entered the mess hall at Cheddington Airfield in Buckinghamshire, England. It was unusual, to say the least, as the crew usually met with the crew of their sister ship, the Pretty Lady, in the Mail Briefing Room for pre-flight pre-briefings.

On March 29, 2014, at CaesarCon 2014, I ran the original Call of Cthulhu Scenario “Leaflet Mission II” to learn the fate of the sister ship to the Pretty Lady, the B-17 Bomber in Leaflet Mission. My players were with Scott, Adam, Terina, Natalie, Stephen, Chris, D.J., Lilly, Matt, and Josh. We had a full crew of 10 players for the 10 positions on the bomber.

D6xD6 – Friendship is Power

In this brief, intimate session of Lester Smith’s D6xD6 (formerly known as d6xd6 CORE), the unlikely duo of a hang drum player and an Eagle Scout frat-boy are thrown into a murder investigation that defies logic.  Before they can mourn the loss of their friend, they must encounter the dark-side of an Internet sub-culture in its terrifying, physical manifestation.

This scenario was recorded at Colosseum Games in Kenosha, Wisconsin.  Please make sure to support your Friendly Local Game Store!

Superworld – The Deadly Devices of Doctor Dread

Five local super heroes had recently appeared in San Francisco and registered with The Federal Organization for the Registration and Certification of Exotics (FORCE). All of them had gotten beepers from the organization and, on Friday, August 24, 1984, they responded to a beeper message from the organization and arrived at the regional headquarters around dusk. Doctor Dread was up to his old tricks and they were the ones who were supposed to stop it … with a little help from some other superheroes. Would the White Knight, Divekick, Aquarium, Starlight Lord, Ajax, Silk Shadow, and NecroNight be able to help?

On August 25, 2014, I ran a game of Superworld to play test it for review in Knights of the Dinner Table Magazine. I ran the first part of the introductory scenario in the box. My players were James, Bo, Aaron, Logan, John, Nissa, and Caitlin. I’ll be moving the game to 2014 and continuing it with new characters soon.

Mechwarrior

In 3025, during the height of the Succession Wars, a small mercenary group near the periphery of the Lyran Commonwealth fell on hard times and had to take whatever job they could find.

Jaeger’s Strikeforce had been a two-lance mercenary group with a Merchant-class jumpship and two Leopard-class dropships. Hans Jaeger, the leader of the force, had recently expanded his small mercenary band from one lance to two with the addition of five new, green recruits.

On July 13, 2014, I ran a game of Mechwarrior to play test it for review in Knights of the Dinner Table Magazine. My players were Kyle, Logan, James, James, Bo, and Aaron. There was no introductory adventure in the first edition rules so I used the random tables to develop one. We played Battletech after that and I got the results of that battle on the audio as well.

The Price of Freedom

A gutless President had been elected.

America had signed international agreements prohibiting “Star Wars” defense.

The Soviet Union had developed a shield against nuclear attack.

The Soviet Premier demanded American surrender.

The President Complied.

Soviet troops were landing in America.

In this, its darkest hour, America needed heroes.

Was anyone willing to pay … THE PRICE OF FREEDOM?

On June 22, 2014, I ran a game of The Price of Freedom to play test it for review in Knights of the Dinner Table Magazine. My players were Nissa, Bo, James, Logan, and John.
