Grasping at random threads, the investigators find themselves talking to the one man in Kenya who may be able to point them towards their long time nemesis, the Cult of the Bloody Tongue. But before events move too far forward they take time to pursue a red herring.

What mad force urges the investigators to ruthless action against those associated with the cult? Who is the Colonel? Why do the players believe “Nails” Nelson?

Masks of Nyarlathotep Game 17: Maze of Death

After tracking Omar Shakti to the maze beneath the sphinx our investigators are confronted with over whelming horror that they somehow all more or less survive.

I’m not sure what is wrong with my dice but I wasn’t able to kill them. They end up fleeing to Nairobi and beginning new investigations there. With all leads lost or forgotten how will the new team pick up the trail in the sweltering African jungle?
