Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 27 – The Travesty

When another cousin of William Avery Rockefeller needs help with a haunting in his inn in Wisconsin, the man grudgingly gets a group of investigators together for a “holiday” to that state in December 1926. However, terrible things are happening at the place.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 24th session of the game took place on Feb. 21, 2016, with the original scenario “Come Forth the Shadows.” My players were Collin, Kyle, Hannah, Helen, Daniel, Katelyn, and Seikotash.

Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 26 – Come Forth the Shadows Session Six

We come, at long last, to the epic conclusion of Come Forth the Shadows. With Lily stolen back by the little Chinamen, Quincy Washington decides a second raid on the heavily guarded Upton house is in order. He recruits the aid of Army Captain John Steen, Gwen Holten, and artist Julian Bernard. What could possibly go wrong?

The 26th session of the game took place on Jan. 31, 2016, with the original scenario “Come Forth the Shadows.” My players were Kyle, Daniel, Katelyn, and Hannah.

Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 25 – Six Foot Plot

In an interlude scenario, William Avery Rockefeller, sixth child of wealthy tycoon John D. Rockefeller, learns of the death of a cousin and decides to investigate it. He soon learns his cousin and a friend were on to some dark things.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 25th session of the game took place on Jan. 3, 2016, with the scenario “Six Foot Plot” in the Minions sourcebook. My lone player this session is Kyle.

Still holding the kidnapped Lily Mitchell, Miss Kennedy, having to take Miss Malone home, asks Gwen Holten to come over to keep an eye on the unstable Quincy Washington. She decided she needs more help and a new investigator arrives.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 24th session of the game took place on Nov. 15, 2015, with the original scenario “Come Forth the Shadows.” My players were Kyle, Hannah, and Katelyn.

Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 23 – Come Forth the Shadows Session Four

Still worried about the the police and being caught for the kidnapping of Lily Mitchell, Miss Kennedy and Miss Malone study the books they have found and continue to look for clues to reversing the spell that has trapped an ancient Chinese sorceress in the little girl’s body.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 22nd session of the game took place on Nov. 1, 2015, with the original scenario “Come Forth the Shadows.” My players were Natasha and Nissa.
