Call of Cthulhu – Halloween in Dunwich

Great Grandpa Silas has the best Halloween parties and the Lovecraft Country Cousins all enjoy them more than anything. But something goes terribly wrong during the party in 1928 and it’s up to the children to save their parents and grandparents before the night is through.

On October 29, 2017, I ran the call of Cthulhu scenario “Halloween in Dunwich” by Oscar Rios from the Halloween Horror Monograph as a Halloween one-shot. My players were Collin, Ashton, Ben, Ambralyn, and Katelyn.

Call of Cthulhu Introductory Campaign 2 – Dead Man Stomp

When one of the investigators asks another to come to New York City to visit, neither expect it will lead them to the mob and the supernatural.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for a new group of students at Appalachian State University in September 2017. The game started in Bristol, Connecticut, in 1922. The 2nd session of the game took place on October 1, 2017, with the scenario “Dead Man Stomp” from the Call of Cthulhu 6th Edition rules. My players were with John and Austin.

Call of Cthulhu Providence Campaign 49 – Dog Will Hunt

The investigators finally arrive in Louisiana in the hunt for wildcatters and missing Cajuns. They find strangeness in the town of Montegut, a missing local, and finally head into the bayou at night. It’s not pretty.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for students at Appalachian State University in March 2014. The game was set in Providence, R.I., starting in the summer of 1925. The 49th session of the game took place on September 24, 2017, with the scenario “Dog Will Hunt” by Richard A. Becker from Unspeakable Oath #18. My players were James, Ben, and Yorie.

A lawyer in Bristol, Connecticut, needs someone to examine a mansion in Sandisfield, Massachusetts, as part of the process of declaring a man missing for seven years legally dead. Something is wrong with the house, however. Very wrong.

I started running a Call of Cthulhu campaign for a new group of students at Appalachian State University in September 2017. The game started in Bristol, Connecticut, in 1922. The 1st session of the game took place on September 17, 2017, with the scenario “The Inheritance” by Padraic Barrett from the monograph Horror Stories from the Red Room.
