In a land densely populated by dragons, the lucky are able to hide away and live their lives in peace. Those less fortunate are crushed and passed off as collateral damage by the warring creatures. Only the most unlucky are drawn fully into the workings of the wyrms. But perhaps through incredible strength, cunning, and a heavy dose of luck or divine aid, things will work out after all…

Irthos is an elder copper dragon that has taken in our hearty group of adventurers. Serving as a patron, he protects and trains them for whatever reasons he so chooses. In this first session the group discovers that nearby villagers have started a massive forest fire, but certainly not all is as it seems. Sent off to investigate and aid, it will be but one of many adventures to come.

GM’s Notes: In this new campaign I hope to create more opportunities for roleplaying and character interaction. The hope is to create characters and stories that are fun to work with and memorable, allowing for the campaign to drive and work itself to an eventual conclusion. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
