7th Sea One shot

This is most of our first time trying out the world of 7th Sea, and I have to say its a really fun world and system. Our GM has long been a fan of it and was finally able to find the time to run a short game for a few of us, and We plan on turning it into an ongoing monthly.

Masks of Nyarlathotep Game 15: Terror at the Bent Pyramid

Having successfully survived the raid on the Savoy, the investigators rendezvous at Van Heuvelen’s crummy apartment. and plan their next moves.

The visit a mysterious desert woman and then the Bent Pyramid. The horrors they experience in the sand result in the bloody death Jacobi’s “green-jeans” and a confrontation with a deadly desert denizen of unknowable power. Who lives? Who dies? Find out!

Skype Road Trip Session 3 – The Wizard

In the previous session (which was lost to failure on the part of a Skype Recorder), the kids dealt with the Sentai Rangers in their own way (aka violence).  Needless to say, everyone got pretty badly hurt, and the Sentai Rangers as they were known are no more.

Following recovery time for Daniel in the Sunny Vale hospital, they decided to move on with the Road Trip to their next destination:  Sucrose Park in Las Vegas, NV.  On their way up, they find a hitchhiking kid holding only an aluminum briefcase and a sign saying “VIDEO ARMAGEDDON OR BUST.”

You’re gonna love this episode.  It’s so bad.

Masks of Nyarlathotep Game 14: Pierce Cyprus’ Last Stand

After the séance, nightmares plauge the investigators. They must come to terms with these visions. Pierce Cyprus, having successfully infiltrated the Clive expedition, lays plans for a dastardly attack while Rosetta and Lawrence plan for a daring rescue.

Also, Lawrence comes up with a brilliant plan to secure the Girdle of Nitocris from the clutches of Omar Shakti.

Finally back in Punjar, the new Paragon heroes learn of their next mission. They are off to the war zone to try and disable a secret power source of the Mippies. But first they are invited to a dinner party by the newly single Baroness Lady Constance ( who they had rescued from slavers previously ). Surely no trouble could come from a simple party …
